This is ideal if you’re not quite in need of full ongoing support, but want more than a one-off call. You’ll complete a sleep diary and intake form, and we’ll meet for a 60-minute Zoom call to talk through your child’s sleep and create a plan that feels aligned with your values.
You’ll receive your sleep plan via email, plus one weekly WhatsApp check-in for 3 weeks. In week four, we’ll schedule a follow-up Zoom call to reflect and refine.

If sleep challenges have been ongoing for 2–3 weeks or more and you’re feeling stuck, this comprehensive package offers step-by-step guidance, tailored plans, and ongoing support over several weeks.
We’ll begin with a detailed sleep diary and intake form to get a clear picture of your child’s sleep. Then we’ll meet for an in-depth Zoom call to explore sleep biology, responsive strategies, your goals, and how to make sustainable changes. You’ll receive a personalised sleep plan and daily WhatsApp support over two weeks to guide you through every step. We’ll wrap up with a follow-up call to review progress and tweak where needed.
